Transformation Tuesday

Hello Thickumz,

I hope that you've been having a good time working out...The path is long but it's closer than you think. After I had my daughter I came to a conclusion that I can have the body I want by working out and eating right. Right now I'm still have little sweet snacks due to after Halloween candy bargains...but as for tomorrow that's a CUT OFF below I will list the major foods I'm cutting off...

Today is transformation  Tuesday I have came a long way from after having my baby which is now three years old to now! Join me message me comment any questions...I am not a nutritionist nor a health doctor.

CUT OFF
  1. All CANDY
  2. All Juice (I already don't drink soda only exceptations Mio water and flavored water)
  3. Minimum on fast food twice a MONTH unless it's salad or grilled wraps

Here is me before and after can't wait to show 2013-2014
