New Month New Results

Hello Thickumz,

It is November! If you haven't already started it the turning peak to losing weight. :) I have been back sliding for a year now but I have had results just not the full 20 pds I want to lose. If you're a thick girl like me you know it's hard especially if you have had a baby. The Kangaroo Pouch is no JOKE! This is probably the first time I am going to dicuss this with the public eye but I am 5'8 and 201.4  lbs. I understand I may not look that big but height can do wonders at times....Sorry Short people....Without further due I challenge you on a mission to just workout with my routine before my slacking I had amazing results and we all want to vanish that double chin right??? Well start with me! 



My workout routine 30 day Shed Everyday whether day evening or night EVERYDAY!
25 Crunches, 25 reverse crunches, 25 squats before BED
