Arts&Crafts Motivation

Hello Thickumz,

It's been proven that visual things can help people stay focused to their goal. If you're like me then you need al l the visual you can get. I brought a poster board under a BUCK and I'm going to make a motivation poster. I plan to post the weeks of November since my workouts consists of weeks. Also I am going to document my weigh in. I will weigh myself the beginning and end of each week if you do this please do not get weigh in crazy lol. Try to post quotes, saying, words of expression to motivate you every time you look at the poster. FYI I AM NOT a doctor, nutritionist, just a human being on a mission to lose weight. Today is day 4 of 30day shred and my muscles in my legs are strengthening so that's good improvement after 4 days of exercise.
