Hey thick ladies,

Time for my long overdue update about my Julian Michaels Ripped in 30 and my 30 day squat challenge. OK first things first I'm not I'm level 3 as of today and it feels like my body is getting thicker lol...I guess due to about a week of the waist cincher or because I'm eating in moderation my tummy hardly is bloated. The 30 day squat challenge lift my booty lol (love that word)! Also it's firmer and lifted it as well as more rounded ...Today I have to do 130 and I must say it's looking like a gym butt lol.

Back to the main target today...This month I will be doing Corset waist training..YAY!!! I'm very excited and I did my research before considering it...The waist cincher is okay it's somewhat effective. Well I will you viewers updated with pics as soon as I get it probably in March.
