1st Day of Spring/Corset Update



Hello Thickumz,

Happy 1st day of SPRING! Well it doesn't really feel like it just yet but hopefully it'll get hotter

I wanted to be able to let you know full effect what the corset training has been doing to my body...Let me just say that my body type is an hourglass figure already and the corset has really improved my posture and physic. I have also changed my workout routine a little bit to accommodate me. I recommend highly if you aren't using it already fitnessblender on youtube.com. I will post some of their workouts that can help you achieve that thick shape slim waist shape. Everyone workout is different so what I do might not work for everyone. My key right now is tricking my body and how might I do this?....Well to get a thick shape the components are plump top and bottom but key to me right now is SLIM WAIST. Each day I workout I pick two key parts of my body I want to work on...For Example I did my big workout which is Fitnessblender Total Body and then 5 min Butt (trust me I know it's just 5min but those five mins will have your ASS on fire) and Hula Hoop fitness (feel you in on that later)...then I switch like tomorrow my big workout will be Ripped in 30 Level 3 then Hula hoop fitness and maybe strength or something I feel I need to do. The corset and these new workout routines are really tricking my body my stomach has started shrinking and the kangeroo pouch is very small.

I must say honestly I have haters...have you heard that saying "make my friends fat and I remain on top" well you might notice that when you start losing weight someone you know will try everything to break it. To help keep me motivated I look at sexy women like vixens or just regular natural women (no photoshop) that have achieved their measurements. It's true the more you workout and move the more you want to keep going. After I workout it's a stress reliever I feel happier confident and sexy (flexing for now) but that how you continue to work towards greatness. Key note to thick booty girls continue to do squats but I highly recommend deadlift training to keep that booty full big and thick. I am ready to start meal replacement smoothies/shakes and also protein powder I recommend that for anyone. Anywho I am blabling too much.....Next time I will feel you in about hula hoop workout which is giving me amazing results <3

  1. I don't understand, these women on pics are not thick at all. They are curvy and firm, who do sports. Just my type of women! ;)
